When you purchase or are gifted a membership, we automatically collect the name of one adult in association with the online member portal. To register additional adults on your membership as defined by your benefit level, please email us at membership@nationalchildrensmuseum.org.
visiting the Museum
When being admitted to the Museum, members will be asked to present a photo ID that matches an adult name registered on the membership used to reserve tickets.

Memberships can be renewed for $10 off within a month of an active membership expiring.

We highly recommend reserving tickets in advance of your reservation through the ticketing calendar; however, members are always welcome to enter via walk-up tickets at the admission desk.
To access member tickets, select the day and time through the ticketing calendar and log in to the member portal using the email submitted to purchase the membership. Proceed through checkout and member benefits will be automatically applied.
