  • Tickets are required for everyone.
  • The Museum operates with hourly, timed-entry tickets. Please arrive within the hour of your reserved entry time. For example, if you purchase tickets for the 10:30 am entry time, we ask that you arrive between 10:30 and 11:30 am. Note that guests will not be admitted before their designated entry time.
  • Advanced tickets are strongly recommended, as walk up tickets are not guaranteed.
  • Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to visit due to health concerns, you may exchange your tickets for a new date and time by reaching out to ticketing@nationalchildrensmuseum.org in advance of your original ticket time.
  • Every Wednesday at 8:30 am ET, a new week of tickets will be released. Tickets are released 2 months in advance.
