renew your membership

1. Navigate to the member portal.
2. In the top right hand corner, click “Log In” and enter your member credentials.
3. After logging in, click “My Profile” under your name in the right hand corner and then click “Benefit Renewal.”
   1. If you have an older membership level that no longer exists the "Benefit Renewal" option will not be available. Please reach out to our team at membership@nationalchildrensmuseum.org for assistance.
4. Your membership will appear and show as “Active.” To renew, click the “Renew” button.
5. Proceed through the purchasing process as you typically would.
6. Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation.
