tinkerer-in-residence workshop
about
In these Tinkering-in-Residence workshops, Chitra Sharma explores the art of printing through different mediums and methods.Little artists will experiment with found objects like Legos, bubble wrap, and bottle caps, create foam block prints, or carve designs into foam blocks to make prints on fabric. Sessions focus on different printmaking techniques, so every visit offers a new way to discover how everyday materials can become creative tools! Through hands-on play, children practice fine motor skills, problem-solving, and artistic expression.
Please note: on event dates listed as full days (9:30 am - 4:30 pm), there will be an hour break in workshops from 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm.
Tinkerer-in-Residence workshops are included with general Museum admission.
