cardboard creations
Dive into the engineering design process by tinkering with the best prototyping material, cardboard! Discover new ways to connect, bend, and create while tackling big or small problems. Invent a new form of transportation or add to our cardboard zoo!
automata
Get ready to tinker, twist, and make things move through Automata! Guests will explore the science of simple, and complex, machines by playing with cams, cranks, and all kinds of moving parts—and then use what they discover to build a moving sculpture.
tinkering with textiles
Guests will explore different techniques of creating and repairing textiles through weaving, sewing, and knotting yarn.
scribble machines
Guests will explore movement, circuits, and art through tinkering with motors to create scribbling machines! Test out varying offset motors to change how the bot can draw.
