Stephanie Earp is the Vice President of Advancement at National Children’s Museum, where she leads the institution’s strategic vision for fundraising and constituent engagement. With over a decade of experience in development, Earp brings a deep understanding of resource generation, donor relations, and engagement strategies that drive institutional growth and long-term impact. With a master’s degree in business from the University of Rhode Island and a bachelor’s degree from Bates College, Earp’s previous roles include the Director of Operations and Development at the American Swiss Foundation, strengthening partnerships and philanthropic support, and Assistant Director of Donor Relations at Harvard University, spearheading strategies that enhanced donor relationships and advancing fundraising success. She is passionate about fostering meaningful connections that support engaging and impactful educational initiatives.
