Educators’ Day Out

Join us for a day of fun for pre-K through 5th grade educators! As you explore the Museum, drop by the Tinkerers Studio to learn more about Museum field trips and workshops from 9:30 am – 12 pm. Then, from 1 – 4:30 pm, friends from the National Folk Museum of Korea will lead paper lantern and fan building in honor of Chuseok, the Mid-Autumn Moon Festival.

This event is free for educators and a plus one, registration is required via the link below as space is limited! Please be prepared to show a valid teacher ID at check-in.

This time is yours to explore the Museum freely and have your questions answered by the Museum Education Team. Be prepared to play!
Educators receive free admission for themselves and a plus one. Bring your co-teacher, friend, partner, child, or anyone else important in your life! Additional guests will need to purchase general admission tickets on our website or as walk-up tickets. Availability may be limited.
