Children ages 5 and up can climb into the clouds in our three-story climber and slide! Use your imagination to discover new ideas and reach beyond the familiar. The Dream Machine is wheelchair accessible at multiple points.

Located near the Dream Machine, this cloud-and flight-themed area for infants and toddlers encourages movement and connection.

Shoot bolts of lightning, make it rain, create clouds, and more through Weather Worlds, an immersive digital experience created by Design I/O. Afterward, discover your inner climate action hero.

Tap into your creativity with iconic friends and activities from Nickelodeon, including SpongeBob SquarePants, PAW Patrol, and Slime. Not to worry–the Slime is virtual so you can experience all the fun without any of the mess!

Step through colorful, reactive gateways, send a pom-pom through tubes and in the process, discover how data points are collected and aggregated. Explore figures and statistics through play and think about the data found in our day-to-day lives.

Design, build, and send vehicles down our “On the Go-go” track. Shoot a basketball, score a home run, and dive into material science and natural phenomenon concepts through the lens of beloved local sports teams.

From January 20 through May 12, 2024, explore Mossy Bottom Farm in Shaun the Sheep™: Flock This Way! Climb and hop across the barn, create stop motion animations, take the farm truck for a spin, and more!

Meet us in the Dance Party Pod to wiggle and giggle! Powered by Spotify, this new pod experience will allow Dreamers to explore new genres of sound while discovering how different music inspires different movements. Museum tickets are not required to enter.

We strive to create meaning, fuel connection, and spark wonder. Please see the calendar for additional information on specific programs.

pop-up experiences

You never know what you may find around the corner: a design challenge, collaborative art project, or science experiment. Location and content of activities change almost daily and are fun for all ages.

Ready to rock? Grab an instrument and join the band to explore sound and movement every Friday at 10:30 am. Recommended ages 0-3.

STEAM story time

Read along, sing, and play! We invite our smallest dreamers (ages 1-4) to investigate colors, numbers, and more every Thursday at 10:30 am.
