Little directors can explore different animation techniques, including stop-motion animation, as they find new ways to build scenes frame by frame and tell their stories.

Stop-motion animation: an animation style in which individual pictures are taken and objects are moved just a bit between photographed frames so that they will appear to exhibit motion.
